Default New to Area.....Track Options?

Hello all!

Moving to Corpus Christi area & was hoping you all could point me in the right direction for tracks? I run the full deal.......1/10 off-road, 1/8 off-road & 1/10 TC on-road. I see quite a few in the San Antonio area but I’m just relying on Google....not always current.

Thanks for all all your help!
Chris

Welcome to the forum and to Texas, cbourke. Houston here. I know Corpus is active in r/c. Guys just haven't seen your post yet. In the meantime, perhaps you could plan trips to a couple of LHS when you get to Corpus? They should have info on local tracks. San Antonio isn't all that far to drive. They're real active there. Coming north to Houston is a bit of a drive, like 6 hours, so that's probably out for a one-dayer. South to 'The Valley' is like 4 hours, not a bad drive. They are active as well.

Saw your post on RC Files, but it disappeared before I decided to respond. Anyway, good luck and good racing. Good to have you here.

Cheers. AC

Chris, if you're on Facebook, contact Charles Sieck. He runs the Full Throttle RC club in Corpus. They race at the Bill Witt park. Here's a link to their group:
