Is this track still happening? Hasn't been any activity here for a while. I checked and you are the same distance from me as my current local track is in Nashville. I live in Dover, Tn. Just curious to know if you guys were still on schedule for opening up 'cause I'd like to come up when y'all get going.

Last I heard they were waiting on more dirt. Sorry for leaving you guys hanging. Im still waiting on some significant news to bring to you guys. BTW Eli it was nice pitting behind you this weekend. hope to see you at top fuel once we finally open.

Oh yeah, man same here. My local track, Thunder which is in Nashville is 62 miles from my house and I just checked and this track is 64 miles from my house. So it'll be great to have a new option as far as tracks go. Just hurry up and get it done!

Ok guys. I do have an update on the track. The main hold up on progress lately has been the inability to find clean dirt. Ben has now decided to just bring in regular dirt and remove the junk. So we are looking at having enough dirt by the end of the week. At this rate the track WILL open in the next two to three weeks. I will give you more information on opening day/ practice times when that information is availible. Hope this delay hasnt deterred any of you from racing at Top Fuel this winter. Ben wants it to be a class facility. Also the track will be using the Trackmate IR system for now. This system is common in this area and it is the same system used by Dawson Springs, Madisonville, and Greenville Raceway. Later on, when funds allow, Ben has stated that we will swap to AMB.

Big news everybody!! One of the biggest hold ups on the build of this track has been the location of the Drag Slot track. Im happy to tell you guys that it has been moved to another part of the building. So now all we are waiting on is the dirt and track build!!!
