Chris:

Adrian: Well, to be honest when the V2 is setup with sprint edge brushes it's a one run motor. The regular sprint brushes will yield a couple of runs before the performance drops off, but then again there not quite as fast as the Sprint Edge brushes (I'm sure you've noticed).... Also, the springs need to be replaced every 6-8 runs on the V2. For some reason there real susceptible to fatiguing, especially with the heat that you guys are having now in Florida..... Try running lower timing; say 6 degrees on your 7 and 12 degrees on your 8, that should help....

P-Dub: The pics of the track looks open and flowing, I guess Jeff won't need all those 7 turns I sent him

Reggie: Hey bud glad to hear the package arrived safely and on schedule.... Let me know how everything runs brotha ....

Hapiya: Well it really depends on your application and what kind of performance you’re looking... As for longevity, your not going to beat the XXX compound brush, 30 or so runs on the same set when using med-firm springs on a 7 turn, cutting the comm every 3 runs.....
hey that 8X1 was a rocket off the line to much in my pro4 i think it melt my diffs i had to pull and settle for 5th in the a.main what a blast and good craftmanship on the motor bossman that the shiznit thx curtis

Curtis,

Trackside had its first club race today for the Sizzler prep, and we had 2 full heats of mod foam . DC power qualified 1st (Brian Jucha) and 2nd (myself) and finished that way too! My 8 turns are getting sicker and sicker every time I run them. The comm is at .290" now and it's really making some HP. XXX brushes, purple pos spring, silver neg, 15 degrees timing...let 'er rip!

Curtis.....

Just wanted to send a big THANKS out for the HP for this weekend's State Race. Paul and I battled hard for TQ and even in the main. I was able to pull of the win after some serious dicing! Thanks bro!

Hey Chris
To be honestly chris I didn't believe it ..Man the DC stock motor kept it running strong and fast all day... and I finished second in the A Main... Chris ... I really appreciate that you're doing a fine job tuning fast motors.....

Has anyone run both the DC ti based and cobolt based mods of the same turn/wind?

How do they compare?

Please no comments if you "think" thank you.

Reggie: Glad you liked the stuff

Guo: Yes....

McGreevy: Right-on, keep up the good work.... And maybe next time, don't let Jucha win so easy

Jeff: Awesome, it's about time you took down P-Dub. Good work Bro!!!

Ray: Dooohhhh

Ova: Glad you liked the Monster Stock... BTW, did you have a chance to send in that other motor??

Dragonfire: About everyone who’s compared the two motors prefer the Ti3 to the Cobalt. They say it's faster, has more torque & runs cooler.... I'll let them tell you for themselves....
