Great Weekend In Enid for Express...2 TQ's and 2 A-Main WINS !!

Steve Eaves TQ's 19T Sedan and wins the A-Main all while setting a New Track Record...

Tyler Keel TQ's Modified Truck and wins the A-Main

It was packed this weekend, everyone who's who in Oklahoma and KS was there to get some practice in 1 week before the big race. There was a full heat of 19T sedans and Steve reminded everyone that he is Stupid Fast with a sedan...There was also a full heat of Mod Trucks, great racing and 2 big wins 1 week before the big race for Express!

Good runs Steve and Tyler

We also had good results lastnight, Jon,Fred and I went to DC for some carpet racing. The night was fun. I wound up TQ and in the main wound up 2nd to Jon Williams. The race was great than I got stepped on by a marshal, but it's all good seeing another Exprerss driver took the win.

Jon found out racing on the NJ TPK can put a strain on your car, as now his Audi is in need of another motor
I bet the dealer loves that

Hey, all. Yeah, just got back from carpet racing at Horsham (DC) R/C. Had about 25 in stock last night. Tag and I qualified 1 and 2 (30, 5:04.450, 30: 5:04.580!!!) (I had you, Tag!) Great racing in that third round though. We qualified a lap ahead of third place.

The main was super clean racing (except for Tag's little marshall issue--that's payback for the white and yellow car snafu in my second round). Great stuff considering there were 9 guys on a track with some two to three foot lanes. ;-) Kudos to the A-main guys for keeping it clean.

Generated a lot of interest in our products for obvious reasons. Stuff was nasty fast. Freddy, as usual, was really cool hanging with the team. Had another good run in the B main. Way to go!

We also went out to Bennigans with a lot of guys: Cuffs, the Strasnicks, Keith Koway, Schreff, et al.

I heard Mike Mal also had a good run at South Shore. Ended up winning the A-main over Haynes in 19T.

TK and Steve - Congrats! You guys have really been ripping up the rug.

Proteus - playing phone tag, I know. It's been back and forth. I was actually just looking to check in with ya.

TimXLB - I'll call you later today.

FastasU2 - YUP! Another bites the dust. Apparently, they didn't put the hoses on correctly and the coolant was leaking. Way to go, Audi!!! Anyway, I'm driving around Freddy's Jeep Wrangler. Yeehaw!

Hey, Jeff. Sorta. Freddy was kind enough to let me stay at his place for the night. Woke up at 11:30 AM, called my wife, had some breakfast with his family and headed out to Route 130 in PA where we dropped the car off. Audi roadside met me there and towed the car to Cherry Hill Audi. I borrowed Freddy's Jeep and got home fine.

You and Blaine were great. Thanks for all the help. (Sorry about the antifreeze shower. )
