Congrats to all express drivers at the gate last weekend!

I will be at horsham this weekend. I am planning on running sedan whatever class we decide on and then I am probably going to bust out the 12th scale.

The Gate is just lucky that I wasn't there because I would of dominated the Q main!!!!!!!!!!!!
Freddy,
Sorry to hear that. Take it easy and let it heal up. You don't want to mess around with back problems. Hope you feel better soon.

You all stink. (That's supposed to be a yawn.)

Seriously, the Classic was a ton of fun. MAN, I don't think we ever had so many laughs at a big race! 'Climax Control' lube all over Tag's FK05 topdeck (thanks, Robbie) Let's see: Danny and Robbie fighting over someone famous; someone famous fighting over Danny and Robbie; 'It's in Tag's can'; Tag's newfound HP in the main; Anthony, Tag and the entire 'D'. (Congrats go to Tim Stamper on not only surviving Tag in the 'D' but winning it too!)

It was also great to see some familiar faces again: Mike McBride, Heather Reilly, Old Man Hartman, Seaball/Fish/Chris Goetz (that's GETZ not GOATS), Chris Doseck. Dan, where's your drunk brother?

Competition was really, really tough. I think there was down to 'G' or 'H' main at the event in stock and possibly 'D' in 19T. We made our first mod 1/10 and 1/12 bigtime mains ever with our motors (soon to be released). As Tag already noted, in the end it was:

19T Touring A-main - Brandon Melton
19T Touring B-main - Jim Herrmann, Dan Hartman
19T Touring C-main - James Reilly (1st place!)
Stock Touring A-main - Dan Hartman
Stock Touring B-main - Jon Williams, Robbie Dodge, Jim Herrmann
Mod Touring A-main -
1/12 Touring A-main -

Also, congrats go out to Jason Schreffler for TQing and winning at Horsham R/C this weekend with our new eXtreme cells and motors. (You too, Big Larry for qualifying 2nd. ) Looks like racing at Horsham is continuing to build!

Oh yeah, I found out what grits were: disgusting. I also found out that Brandon doesn't dig Pretty Ricky, but does like "Achy Breaky Heart". Actually, Anthony told me that.

Hey Jon next time we hook up I will bring you some grits!!!!!!!!! Man I tired then at the 91 Dirt Oval Nationals because all the locals said they rock.......Damn it they lied to me!!!!!!!!! They are only good to make cement for building stuff with. One of the worst foods I ever tried and we all know I like to eat.

Sounds like the Gate was awesome.

"Mario" Melton and "Unser" Tag had a nice battle on the way home as well. West Virginia through the mountains was an interesting race with fully loaded SUV's . I couldn't see out the back glass, so I had to rely on side mirrors and no spotter to keep him behind me on the straights. It was typical Tag racing, I had him in the corners and he had me on the straights, LOL!!

That IS typical Tagteam. He's always fast going down the straights.

But I did drive it in going down the 5% grade into that sorta no inside lane and pulled inside..good thing you gave up the line or we would have rolled all the way down the mountain...
