Default WGT motor

John,
What would be the best configuration of a 13.5 motor for WGT and do you have them in stock?

Anyone have suggestions on timing for a Killshot Beast for a 22 SCT? My trucks power is fading after a few mins. It starts out running great then it just falls on its face. I'm on a medium sized dirt/clay indoor track and currently geared 76/21. I also tried going up to around 76/26 and still get the fade. Am I missing something??

I actually just found a prior thread that says to keep the timing between 52-57* timing, so I'll have to do that and gear up...maybe I found my answer.

Yes, You had to much timing. I would run between 50-55 to start and gear as needed. For larger flowing tracks more toward 55*

Hey All...

Just wanted to let everybody know, Jon Williams past away this past weekend. Jon was one of the original partners of Express years ago before leaving to do other things and taking time away from the hobby. Jon returned back to racing about 2 years ago and was having fun again at the tracks like old times. Jon will be missed as he was a great accept to racers and friends. Glad I had the pleasure of spending many hours with Jon years ago on and off the track..he was a fun person and always looking to help others. Our thoughts are with his family at this tough time. RIP JW

Hey brother.. I run the same motor In my 22sct. I run 55* with gearing 78/25 for our med sized flowing home track... but go to 78/27 for larger tracks.. timing up a cpl degrees.... def wdnt go over 57-58*. That's with my esc DSSL crank to full power and 6% Neutral range on my controller. It'll yank your chain my friend!!
Good luck!!
