Jr. ran his new sedan with the 13.5 motor that Tag sent us. All I can say is that thing is top fuel.

Ran my eXpress 17.5 this weekend in the Dayton, HPI/HB Challenge. TQ and 1st in the Stock Electric Class and 3rd in the Vintage Electric. Motor was amazing. I had it a bit undergeared (ran out of pinions) but it ran cool all weekend and did better then I had expected. Time to order some more pinions (56T to 60T). The Cyclone has a crazy internal ratio. Makes it hard to gear.

Vintage class racing is as much fun as Ive had in RC. Very close racing with many lead changes. Might head out to Virginia in Sept to race in that Challenge.

Ran my new Express 17.5 yesterday. Absolutely insane. Ran with a Tekin RS speedo at 12* timing, middle timing hold on motor, and a 3.55 final drive. There were only two cars it wouldn't pull on the straight. One running a 13.5, and the other also had an Express 17.5, piloted by Robbie Dodge. Robbie and I were the fastest through the infield running this motor.

Two thumbs up for an awesome product. Looking for any more team drivers?

Hey TimV, Im running with an RS as well. I have my timing cranked up on the speedo and the motor and the temps didn't go up and picked up a bit of speed. Might be worth experimenting with.

at full tilt, the rs esc's have 600 less rpm than the gtbs do. so you're prolly ok with the full timing.

Hey all..

With my birthday upcoming next week. I have decided to give away a Brushless Motor from Express. To be able to win this motor you must guess the winner of the upcoming Nascar Cup race at Watkins Glen International Speedway 8/10/08. The way this will work is, You pick a number not taken from 1-43. That # will repesent the starting position of your pick. The higest finishing car picked wins. Only 1 pick per person. REAL names only in post PLEASE, Your name will be placed on our starting grid. Enteries will close 8/8/08 at Noon.

Offical Grid: Below
1-
2-Jese Bean
3-Ron DePoto
4-Tim Schurr
6-Anthony Saunders
7-Billy Spence
8-DC Smith
9- James Arluck
11- Tim Sullivan
12-Tim (Katfish)
26-Robbie Dodge
43-

Happy Racing...

Enteries are now open just post what # you like..NO PM or E mail enteries will apply..LOL
