Alberto: Glad it worked for you. We take our stock racing program and products very seriously, since stock is the largest class nationwide.
Even when I worked as Trinity's motor guy, I would plead with them to let me fully balance and blueprint stocks, assuring them that there is a market for high performance stocks...something a racer could actually buy, bolt in and race competitively with.
I'm glad racers like you appreciate what I've brought to market. Thanks...

Dayger Wins Indoor Champs
Team Putnam Propulson's Jeff Dayger Wins the US Indoor Champs in Cleveland!!!
Starting from 8th on the grid, Jeff Dayger put in one of the most incredible drives I've ever witnessed. After qualifying deep in 8th, Jeff looked to his team mates at Corrally for some chassis help. He felt his car was off a bit, and after a major overhaul and rebuilding from the ground up by Chris Tossolini and Rob Michaels, he set down an entirely new animal for for the main...but his work was cut out for him.
After clearing the 2nd thru 7th palce cars, he had to run down TQ Jeff Cuffs who had stretched out about a full straightaway lead. In an incredible driving display, he was able to do just that, and pass him for the lead with about a minute remaining. It was an awesome dog fight for about 3 laps between Cuffs and Dayger before Dayger was able to pass him and get away for his first US Indoor Champs Title in Touring Stock.
Congrats to Jeff Dayger on an awesome job! I gotta thank Chris Tossolini, Rob Michaels,Mo Denton, Jeff Cuffs and the rest of Team Corrally for helping Dayger get his car sorted out for one of the most exciting victories I've witnessed.
Now, I'll apologize in advance for the info-mercial. I used our latest release, Putnam Propulsion #EFB-190-C brush combination, in conjunction with our yet to be released comm drops in Jeff's Touring Car handout motor as well as in Mo Denton's handout motor. Mo qualified 4th and finished 9th, and was a huge asset as well. Thanks again guys!!!
Congratulations to all the winners, it was a tight field and even tighter racing.
Oh, and a HUGE Thankyou to Jim Hermann for catching Jeff Dayger's radio after he threw it in his post-race celebration!!!

Ike: The 180's are are green and a blue shunt brush with the trailing edges removed. We ran those in 1/12th with green springs.
Ram/Kenny: The 190-C's are a green and a blue shunt brush with a pre-drilled cavity.
All the new products, cars, parts and go-fast goodies are in the pipeline for our website update, which is really outdated. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Eddie: It was good to meet you at Cleveland. Hope you got back to the left coast OK...
As for the Quillen Balancers, I'm not sure they ever came with a manual...Pretty simple though:
Power Button: Turns Unit On
Spin: Starts motor that drives belt to spin arm
L/R: Activates which hemisphere is being read, (Left or Right V Block) Also the V Block being read is illuminated with the LED for easy reference..
Gain: Scrolls through sensitivity scales. X1= Least sensitive, X1000=most sensitive.
Strobe Light illuminates the heavy portion of the hemisphere being tested, as long as Art set it up for drill balancing vs. epoxy balancing. Mine does not have a toggle switch to change it from reading heavy vs. light, ie: where to remove mat'l vs. where to add mat'l like the Hines balancers. If you utilize the calibration armature included, you can figure it out...
Let me know if you need anything else.
Congrats and Nice job with Dumbas...the kid's a wheel.

Green brush is positive, blue is negative. I think he usually uses purple pos and red neg. At least that is what I use and those springs works great.

I have a question. I have a Putnam C2 that has about 20-25 runs on it and it has always been ballistic, but at my last club race half way through the main it crapped out...half the speed...half the power. I have always kept it below 140 deg. And kept it well maintained. I rebuilt it and put it on my GFX and now it pulls 3-3.5 amps @ 3volts. Before it would pull 7-8 amps easy. Any ideas? Could the magnets go bad that quickly? I used it for carpet sedan with foams.
