Brad- No, no one does, They are not legal if they did. Roar has only 3300's approved. Contact Dan to get ahold of some packs.

EFRA has approved them and they're going to b legal all over europe. Some of us here are waiting for Fukuyama 3700's but if they're not released soon enough, we're gonna get some different cells, because we need them soon. Hope the msg is understood

Yup, I still have a regular Millenium as well as my Millenium Pro, & actually I've had no trouble charging them with either. I just use NiCd Linear mode & around a 5mV voltage threshold(& vary it a bit depending on their temps when they peak, but 5 seems fine for my neck of the woods), & that's charging at a 6.5 amp rate. And honestly, I hardly ever get a false peak with either charger, only happens if I've let a pack sit in storage for too long(which I did have to deal with a bit when I had to put my racing on hiatus while I was seeking more stable employment), but after a few cycles, they charge up just fine again.....
