Roll out
Hey Jaybee, wasn't sure how wide the track was Thanks for the correction, also looking into the 1s version. I'll talk to you at the next race-Alvin

Our indoor racing program has moved away from 17.5 with timing to NO timing for 10th scale sedan. Is the Synergy going to have any benefit over the Ballistic or Duo 1 that I'm currently using? It's an indoor carpet track with Med to high tracion around 45x100'-ish dimensions, after reading through pages of the thread it's looking like it's more off-road oriented with the exception to the 1s version of the 13.5? Any recommended starting point for gearing for said track would be great. With the Duo and Ballistic I was anywhere between 3.5-4.1. Thanks in Advance

Hey Murf', I just picked up my 1s 13.5 today
I run on this same track but I'm gonna be running on a track that's a little bigger Timezone II http://www.timezoneracing.com/timezoneII.php (60'X100'); with timing/boost.
With a LRP SXX v.2....any idea of a starting rollout? Any help is appreciated

If you cannot find the sweet spot, find Dave Erlich or Max Kuenning, and they will be able to get you squared away!

Is this for WGT or 12th Scale? I would start at a 2.40" Rollout and motor timing at 0. I am not familiar with the SXX V2 as far as boost timing profiles. I run strictly Tekin ESC's, and the other guys I have running boosted single cell run Black Diamond ESC's. Start with less motor timing, and Check your temps during and after a completed run. Shoot for 150-160F after your run, and try to find that spot where the motor pulls thru the infield hard thru the entire run. With single cell, as the voltage drops, you will fade less throughout the race if you gear tyour setup for infield punch, and give up the little bit of straightaway speed. Thjere is usually way more infield and way less straightaway!
