I ordered a setup station from them in November and its been on backorder ever since. Dont advertise stuff on your website with a "Available Now" graphic and then not ship it for 4 months. Some of the companies in RC are about as fun to deal with as the DMV.

Man that sucks Tim. I just sold an Integy set up station. Works just as well as the over priced hudy stuff.

Its not over-priced when you are getting it for free! or at least in exchange for some work so not necessarily free.

I have an integy but one of the pieces bent.

MuchMore's customer service sucks. So does RcScrewz. The only great customer service I've ever received was from Br00d.

Yeah MuchMore sent me a faulty unit after I waited a month for it to come. I had to pay out of my pocket $22 to ship it back (to Canada) to get it repaired. Their way of "making it up to me" was to throw in a couple stickers. No sticker is worth $22.

I've had great service from Stromer, KT Hobbies, SpeedTech and EA. Too bad Kraig is quitting the business. This would be a good tread to warn people what kind of service to expect good or bad.

I have no idea on the hold up with the setup station... but at least when ever I call RC America I get a live person to talk to not like some other companies I deal with

Yes, but if they give you incorrect information when you call how much better is it really? I heard from a couple of LHS's that they are a nightmare to deal with...

I second that one. So a shop orders over the $400 min for free shipping. Half the stuff is on back order. They send $200 worth of the stuff and charge you shipping without calling the shop up to let them know. Then wants to charge shipping on the other $200 when they get it in the next month. RCAmerica is not the best place to deal with. And there are other sorry distributors out there.
