Jason-- You need to hit up some magazines to sell the photos to since they did not show up to cover the race!

Great pics as always!

Mom-- It looks like you got some web work to do with all of these great finishes to post! Banzai power rules!

Shame on the magazines!

It's obvious their "agenda" is NOT the same as the racers. Or

those promoting our hobby, which Jimmy is!! Over $8,000.00 given

back to the racers, and how many kits, somewhere between 6-8,

and radios?????? The largest payouts EVER to those who are not

on the pay-rolls of large companies. Eight months, eight tracks, over

200 entries per race?? AND THIS IS NOT WORTHY OF

COVERAGE???? Give me a break! Remember this and

spend your money on something other than the magazines!! We stopped

subscribing years ago, so I practice what I preach!!!!

And they can NOT claim they didn't know about it, Jimmy has ads in one,

and I believe a team driver for Banzai called them.

SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!

That's a fact! Looks like I'll be busy this weekend for sure. Looks like "If you're not Runnin' Banzai, You're not Runnin' ".

The mags might have been there if brushless were involved.

As for the Magazines-
RC Car gets its coverage/story from Jimmy and the photos from me.
Somebody from RC Car Action was planning on attending but couldn't make it for some reason - they're looking into getting the photos from me.

Good, however, there still is no excuse for a rep not being

there! There are 3 magazines, correct, and not one could show

up?? Even the one that's practically down the street??

Glad your photos will be used, but I'm still not happy with

their lack of response!

There are more mags then that but 3 majors. I am glad to hear there will be coverage but sad to know that the mags did not make it important enough to send someone to cover the event!

Team Durango/Banzai from Germany is here for the Reedy Race!

They will be at SoCal tonight, so if any of you are going, stop by

and welcome them! It's Ebi, Gerd and Fritz!

Jeremy Felles emailed and he will be running the Reedy!

Chris from Kansas is also coming for the race! He had such

a good time at the Shoot-Out he's coming back!! He will be at the track

on Thursday!

Scott will be there sometime Thursday.

I know Casper is racing, who else is planning on coming??

I will be there Thurs some time for the reedy. I can hardly wait. This is the race I run Mod truck at! Should be fun with my "special" mod wind!

Should have a new truck built for this race as well!

I got to figure out how to protect the chassis. I hate running new stuff at HRH. It always goes away looking abused. The traction is almost worth it though!

Keith will be there racing!

Dang it. I have something for you guys. I keep forgetting to give it to you!

I almost made the main last year with the Mt Fuji special wind motor. I was 2nd in the "B" I think and finished that way. I hope to do better this year. I am shooting for all 3 mains. I want to be busy this year! LOL I also do not have a gas distraction! I think I will miss running the gas truck but I think it will make for a more peaceful weekend with Ryan missing the event to cool me down after I have my typical engine issues! It is much nicer knowing I have reliable Banzai power on TAP.
