Hey Judi and Scott,
Well we have a 2-day trophy race this weekend in Boise.
So excited about it! The new motor and ESC as all set-up and ready to go, can't wait to let Jason tear up the track with it! Looks like fun to be able to change up the settings and such while track sire...going to love that!
I wish anyone else who is racing this weekend the very best!
Hope to post some good results for all to see.

I'm off the Hotrod Hobbies Offroad Shootout. As luck would have it, the temps went up so we will be nice and toasty this weekend If you're on live RC, it will be Jake McGarvey, Zack Rodgers, Ryan Carroll, and myself. Judi will post updates off and on.

Congrats Zack.
Here in Boise, Jason was on FIRE in the 100 degree heat we had this weekend.
Set the TQ in the first round, had minor mechanical issue in 2nd round and then put the entire field a lap down to win the main this past weekend with his Banzai powered HPI Blitz!
This was his first ever race driving a short course. Heck I finished the build the night before. LOL To say the least he really enjoyed it.
The weekend before he took his Banzai 13.5 BL powered MF2 to a 6th place finish in the their big two-day trophy race. (This was a MOD class so he held his own VERY well. One or two little 'Oops' and he could've been 4th.)

I'm back and half dead I want to give a big shout out to Jake, Zack, and Ryan Carrol for hanging in there under severe conditions. First off, Zack was stellar in SS 4wd, wicked fast with the new Speedpassion ESC and V3 13.5 combo in his T4, and strong in 13.5 2wd. Jake laid down one of the fastest laps of the event with his Losi 2wd in the SS 13.5 class also using the New Speedpassion ECS. Did I mention he was on rails and TQ'd one of the qualifiers Did I mention how hot it was? Ryan Carrol made the show, in his first big gig, in 2wd Stock. We also strapped in a Speedpassion ECS in his 2wd for the mains. One of his speedos gave out and the other ECS one would only work with certain motors. He worked his way towards the front several times only to experience Big Race Aggressiveness.
Some of our guys couldn't make it and that's O.K. When the economy picks up and the heat goes down, more of them will come out.
We'll post complete results later. Did I mention how fricken' hot it was
Oh yeah, I was out of control in Old Dude.

Huge thanks to all you guys. I had a blast this weekend...and couldn't have done it without the help from Scott all weekend long! I have worked a lot harder this year to try and take my racing to the next step and I think I can start to see it paying off now. Thanks to everyone who helped me and of course to all of the Banzai team

I would assume results will be up on the hot rod site (I don't do his HRH site anymore) but not sure if only top 3 or winners or full results will go up there?
