It will still be there.

1st day of qualifying is over for us electric guys.

Casper's gonna kill me, but I can't find my instructions

on qual points! Yes, he wrote them out for me.

There's a section on LiveRC that I looked in, but not sure

its' right. IF it is, Casper, Keith, Scott and a bunch of

customers are in the A's so far. Butts will be there tomorrow.

Had a few technical problems, a couple speed control "shut-downs'

and a couple other things. But motors are running strong.

Felles looks good, just out by a hair. He's running mod this year,

2wd and 4wd. He likes to make me a nervous wreck, so fingers

crossed he gets in tomorrow.

Don't know if anyone else has computer access, if so, please post!

The Aussies and Germans were rooting us on today!! Thanks Guys!

Good luck too all the Team Banzai racers at the shootout. I caught some of the 4wd mod and stock truck qualifying this morning and it looks awsome

Jason, it's fun to watch, isn't it! Glad to see you and

Puddle in there!

Talked to Scott, he's REALLY tired, but tried to remember

friends and customers running Banzai. Who he could remember,

so root for them tomorrow too!

Erik Elliott, Theo Captanis, Nick Sava, Johnny S., Michael Baker,

Manuel Aguilar, Ryan Pursley. Johnny S., not sure, is your brother

running Banzai? Thank you all for a great showing today!!

Felles is 13th in 4wd mod, so he's close!!!

Scott charged batteries WRONG and blew up a cell in his last heat!

He said sorry guys, he WON'T do that tomorrow!!

I'm going up sometime tomorrow, so I won't be here to post. I will

when I get home. Scott's had fun talking to a lot of old friends,

Ryan Maifield ( known him since he was a kid! ), Tebo, the guys

on the Japanese team, Gil Losi Jr. Makes these races fun to see

people we don't see every week!!

Another Shoot-Out in the books! I'm sure Scott will be in

here to update when he feels human again! He worked on

everyone's motors all week-end and customers kept him busy!

And they had a great showing!! Steve Butts came in on Saturday,

and made the show with only 2 qualifiers! Thanks for the extra

effort Steve!!

Team Results A-Mains

19t Buggy Casper 3rd

19t Buggy Steve Butts 6th

Scott White Old Dudes 4th

Felles I think qualified 13th in the B Main Mod 4wd and didn't make
the main, so finished 10th. His first time out with mod and 4 wd.

So, with only 4 team guys there, I think they did us proud!

We had customers ask to be included in results, so I did my best

to go through the results, and try to get everyone. I KNOW I will

probably miss someone, so PLEASE post it if I missed you!! And

again, we Thank You so very much for your loyal support!

St. Truck A Main

4th Manuel Aguilar
5th Johnny S.
7th Ryan Pursley
8th Josh Rozsa

St. Buggy A Main

4th Nick Sava
6th Michael Baker
7th Manuel Aguilar
8th Kevin King

19t Truck A Main

4th Josh Rozsa
7th Theo Captanis
9th Johnny S.

19t Buggy

5th Nick Sava
7th Theo Captanis

Old Dudes

4th Scott White
7th Dave Barber

If I made any mistakes, please feel free to make a correction!

I am glad I got to visit with most of you the day Jason and I were

there. I have to admit, sitting at home and watching on LiveRC

in the air-conditioning is really great, compared to the heat there!

Good job everyone, and Thank You all again!

Well I accomplished 1 of my 2 main goals, which was to get in the A main in stock. I was sitting 16th after the 1st round, then 6th at the end of the 1st day. I have a bad run in my first race, a guy got into me and my whole turnbuckle flew off and I was done with 1-2 laps to go. My 2nd race I did a lot better, managed to finish 3rd in my race and 6th overall. I think I was running mid 21s at that point in the race.

Day 2 I started out good, I finished 11th overall in round 3, then for round 3 picked it up and finished 8th so I would be starting 8th in the A Main.

In A1 a blue X-6 took me out (and others from what I saw him race over the weekend) and I was last after the first lap. I managed to get through and finish 6th. In A2 he took me out again, and I again managed to finish 6th. I was pretty happy with that so fa because I had a chance to get a Top 5 overall. Start of A3 I got by the wreck in the first turn, then coming over the first bump over the table top a <gasp> blue X-6 blasted me. I didnt lose that much time, and was in the top 5 until a kid just BLASTED me on the pitcher's mound area and I went back to last. I was disappointed but that, because he's the same kid at every JBRL that complains that nobody drives him clean and has something to say everytime I've been there about how people drive him but oh well, I will see him Sunday.

Truck I wasn't so fortunate. I had some issues and didnt get many good runs in, until it was too late. Started 5th in the B and finished 4th.

Big thanks to Scott for helping me out and Ray, Brian, Mitch, and Keegan for making it a really good time.

Kevin, good job on making the A! We'll reach that

other goal yet!

Watching on LiveRC, it's kind of hard to tell, but there

were some pretty good, shall we say, "wrecks" !

Most important, glad you had a good time!
