For carpet stock and 19T, a good starting point seems to be;
Front:
5 degree caster blocks (10 for more aggressive steering)
Upper arm shims both to the back
.20 springs
Rear:
Center shock: blue spring, 20W oil
blue side springs
30,000W for side dampener tubes
When you are attaching the rear pod to the main chassis, you will want to be sure that the rear pod moves very freely from side to side. No "locking" feeling.
You will most likely need the washer under the center pivot ball stud (indicated in the manual I think)
The next, probably most important part is the washer behind the ball cup for the center pivot. You may need one, you may need two, or you may need none. Make sure you are pushing the ball cup firmly into the pivot block while you are tightening the screw into ball cup. It really just takes putting it together to see what it needs. You can usually tell by how the side links are lining up, which way the center point needs to go to get every thing to line up perfect.
Also on the side links, there is a way to bevel the end of the ball cup to get more movement out of the rear pod. Some pictures of this will be useful.
I'll try to get Damon to post some up.
I'm sure there are some more things that someone could add, but that will get you started.
Oh, and pink rear tire, magenta fronts
