We started playing HPI micro @ FSCC since July. Since then, there is a increase in player and along the way, people start bringing not only their micro but 1/10 EP to have fun. At times, there even corally pan car and latest one being the EP MT! Please make use of this thread for dicussion on events on FSCC and post related questions on each respective thread. Cheers!

Wa lau, make me so restricted, now can talk freely on my new TXT. Guys I got a new TXT and expected date of completion to get it RTR is first week of Oct. By then, it will onli conquer ground @ FSCC! No terrian bashing:ha: :ha: :ha:

hi guys.
i would like to do sum research on these three things.
micro, buggy and MT
all three seems shiok to me.
now, i am thinking of getting a micro.
when do your meet up?
can i meet up wif your and then i go and get a micro.(need some help in starting).

anyway.
what is the starting price?
$400??

where do i get parts from?

much aid is needed... hope your can really help...

Hi Al,

We usually meet up at FSCC every Sat 3pm. The place is basket ball court sheltered, the track is a bit dusty.
Main event is Micro, followed by some 1/10 drift chase 101, and occasional MTs....we are not running touring or any other class at the moment, sorry.
Roughly for an RTR kit, you can refer the promotion package from
hobbyzone enough for you to kick off....
Of course u still need to have a batt charger, and some batts unless u want to stick with 4xAA batts, some paint for the body as well....

i do have a peak charger(lousy) and slow charger those $18 kind.
and i have 1600mah batts for my radio... can use it also rite?
is that all i need?

hpi RS4 micro-----$165
stock motor------included in kit
esc-----$depends....cheap one abt $70
reciever-----u already have a radio 40MHz, get a hitec Rx for $36
paints-----$7 per colour, not fluorescent
membership------$10 for 3 years

abt $300 in total, can decide to hop it up later.
Other option is get the promo kit, maybe HZ can minus off the radio...$210 or so (already with ESC but then no Rx)...not sure.

heyhey..gto..fixed up my 1/10..i got harder springs and also spacers for my rear...so the a55 now is firm not flabby and bouncey...
