ya ... we need a "father figure" in here ... to handle all the "children" ... he he he ... must have lots of grey hair.

but if we can't find one, lets just "be nice and be neat" ...

I'd be happy to co-moderate with someone more in the know in the local scene. Kasey, are you sure you don't want the job? I reckon you are the most qualified.

How about the three of us take on the role then? Is that acceptable?

Before this thread gets old, let's have a recap of the names tossed up for the post.

I think rctech forum admin might want to choose their moderator(s) themselves.

In order of appearance:

5. AO

OK, I am going to turn this into a Poll and let it run for a week or two, and then appoint the top two choices as Mods for this forum. Thanks guys.

I vote for Kasey, though he doesn't want the post.. Hey, I think we need a moderator who is really a nuetral party, not 'blacklisted' in the sense of getting into the users' blacklist, a member that comes online to check out this Singapore R/C forum frequently.. and also a low tempered member who can help solve any disputes easily..

One thing that I like about this Forum is that it is not moderated (yet)

I vote for FS. Who is Mr FS > ?
He is Mr Free Speech. I believe we have be brought up as tolerance people. "stick and stone may harm me, but words can never ... " We all have been through army and the "wonderful" langauge used there were more drastic than what's happening here. Balls, LCs and CBs and comman langauge used then, and even nowadays, not to mantion NBCD and CNNs ..... right Melvin?

As long as the threads doesn't involve too many "body parts", it should remain moderatorless - free speech's the way to go.

Just don't believe and take everything too seriously ..... about image? Do we really care huh? Maybe ..... :-)
