I'm a bit puzzled, you can just make payment to him thru ebay, it'll link his and your paypal, you dont need to pay him directly thru paypal, and its always safer to ask seller send you invoice thru paypal if its direct paypal transaction, seller asking for paypal gift money is very risky.

question, how to contack/communicate the seller, to discuss the transaction.
need your advise

thanks
Either;
1) send e seller an email asking for payment invoice, usually paypal....
2) or wait for e seller to send u e payment invoice...
3) go to ur "my ebay" user page, choose e option item u won, choose make payment, done....

But make sure e payment option got included shipping...
Never send payment b4 invoice for safety

I saw at the upper left corner saying;

You won this auction [ Pay now ]

Just to clarify, do i need to pay him right away (by clicking 'pay now" ) or should i contact him first

first time is always the hard part

if he has stated shipping, then u can just click pay now. if he has not state shipping to singapore, then you need to contact him first, but usually should ask all question before bidding.

U can alway send him an email 1st,confirming e shippng details, total cost,before paying...but watch for e pay by date..... usually 3-5days after auction end....

1st time or multiple time.... Alway ask 1st unless its frm someone u deal b4 n u trust......

I alway communicate w seller b4 n after e auction to ensure everythg is correct..etc....

they release turbo scorpion and optima pull back diecast, I think kyosho regards these 2 as their historical/most popular piece among collectors, so my guess is they'll do similar for turbo scorpion.
