'Get-to-Know' Drive

Venue:

• Bedok North St 2

Surface: Tarmac

Power point: Yes

Fees :

• $10 SGD for one class

Race Format:

• 2 Qualifying Rounds x 5minutes each ( 8 cars in a group)
• 2 Main Finals x 5minutes ( 8 cars in a Main Final , e.g. A Main - E Main)

Prizes & medals for winners in every Main.

Our objective is to let newbies to have a feel of driving in a Heat Group with timing, plus enjoy the companies of fellow players.

TT-01 challenge (Sunday, 6 April 2008, 12pm - 6pm)

• Tamiya TT-01 chassis only.
• Tamiya 26mm tires only
• 540 Mabuchi/Johnson Silvercan

For all drivers who missed out on this event , just for your info ,that we tried a different race format this time.
(This format is been practised in Tamiya World Championship in Shizuoka)

We used the individual driver's single best lap time as qualifying result for the Final grid position.

As for Final,whichever driver clocks 25laps first will be the winner in that round of final (3 rounds of final)

After 2 rounds of qualifying , the following are the fastest qualifying drivers in sequence

1) Allister 8.57s
2) Chua 8.846s
3) Xavier 8.907s
4) Ken Low 8.985s
5) Kevin Wong 9.070s
6) Ian Ngiaw 9.268s
7) Joo Kiah 10.065s
