iRacingWerkz Nitro Fest @ Turf City(GP offroad race registration, 15th Oct 06)

Race Title: i Racing Werkz Nitro Fest
Date/Time: 15th Oct 2006 / 9am - 6pm
Venue: RC @ TURF

Classes:
- 1/8 Nitro Buggy
- Monster Truck / Truggy

Registration:
- Fees = SGD $35 per class
- Fees = SGD $50 for both classes
- Registration can be made online or thru Ah Leng (9663 9010) or Pegan (97 634 634)
- Registration to be closed on 14th Oct'06 3pm.
- Last minute registration will incur $5 more on top of the registration fee.
- Your early registration is most appreciated to facilitate the ease of administration.
- The race will start at 9 am sharp.
- There will be compulsary marshalling for all drivers

Race Format:
- 3 Qualifying Heats of 10 mins
- ABC type finals

Prizes:
- Trophies

Facilities nearby:
- Free parking and toilets
- MacDonald, Food Court, 7-11, GIANT

Congratulation 2 Ah Leng n Pegan(is Alvin in oso ?) 4 being the new management of RC @ Turf Offroad Track !. Team KK hereby wishes u guys all the best.

BTW, any changes in the track fees ?.(boleh kurang sikit ?). New management must hv new changes lah.

We will be organising the race abit differently now and appreciate everyone's co-operation for the following:
- Registration to be closed on 14th Oct'06 3pm.
- Your early registration is most appreciated to facilitate the ease of administration.
- There will be a S$5 penalty for last minute registration.
- The race will start at 9 am sharp.
- There will be compulsary marshalling for all drivers.

As this is a new management running the track and shop, we hope to cultivate a new race format to facilitate a smooth operation of the race. Thereby we seek everyone's co-operation in making this a good sunday Cheers to all

P.S. Attention all racers, please spare a moment to read the above information

Wah new management impose compulsory marshalling, Personally I think this is a very idea. Sometimes our level is restricted by the FACT of not crashing too much cos our mechanics will have run from pit area to turn their driver's car over thus tons of time is wasted.

With turn marshal around, vital time can be safe so we all can drive harder during the race day. Track with more jumps orientated can also be design with the compulsory turn marshal ruling, because your mechanics will never shout at you again for crashing too much.

On the other hand, drivers try not to shout at the marshalls out when the turn marshall is not doing their job properly. A simple nice gesture will do good. Organisers is encourage to put up a number sign board where the marshall is place so when the need arises, MC can call to him " Marshall NO 3, car is behind you"

With cooperation between drivers and marshall, it will be a whole different ball game. We all are going to be faster,
