Venue: East Coast R/C Circuit - CLOCKWISE - Full Circuit Layout A

The Race will start at 08:00hrs and will end around 18:00hrs. This race is a GP National Series Race with all results counting towards the 2019 standings

Class Rules
GP - 1/8 On-road nitro -- Engine: 3.5cc 2 stroke engine; Tank: 125cc; INS BOX must be used; General IFMAR rules applied; Heats: 7 min x 3 round with best round to count.

1/10 200mm Touring nitro -- Engine: 2.11cc 2 stoke engine; Tank: 75cc; INS BOX must be used; General IFMAR rules applied; Heats: 7 min x 3 round with best round to count.

1/8 GT Nitro -- NEW Spec' class (RCMC SG National points awarded, Guided by IFMAR rule)
GT Spec class:
1) GBS rules as per Ifmar (See attached picture in Round #1 Update))
2) 3.5cc 5 ports 7mm venturi max. INS Box compulsory
3) Clutch. Conventional buggy/off road and new style GT clutch allowed. No onroad centax clutch allowed.
4) 150cc fuel tank
5) Shaft driven 4wd chassis, min front kick up of 5 degrees
6) 2 speed gearbox on solid axle, front and rear Diff, no centre Diff. No overdrive gear ratio on either Diff.
7) Rubber tires only. Foam tires not allowed.
Heats: 7 min x 3 round with best round to count.

1/8 GT Nitro -- Open Class
1) No engine restriction
2) No body shell restriction
3) Only rubber tire
Heats: 7 min x 3 round with best round to count.

1/5 -- Gasoline Engine 23cc ; 2 wheel drive; rubber tyre; No refueling and no modification to fuel tank capacity (Safety); Touring car bodyshell. The race consists of Heat 7min x 3 round with best round to count and a 30min final.

Race Fees for 1 / 2 / 3 classes respectively
Members: $30 / $55 / $65
Non-members: $50 / $75 / $85

This race will be confirmed if there are 20 or more entries in total, across all classes. After deadline, all entries listed on this RCTECH thread are committed to attending or paying their race entry fee to the RCMC regardless of actual attendance. The intent of this policy is to facilitate race logistics and most importantly, to give those who sign up confirmation that they will race on Sunday.

Format:
Bump Up Finals Format.

A-final: 40min; B-final: 30min, C-final: 20min

Final A - 10 Cars: 7 Drivers qualify directly (Qualifying positions 1st to 7th). 3 remaining positions bump up from B-Final race result (1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively take 8th, 9th and 10th places on starting grid).

Final B - 10 Cars: 7 Drivers qualify directly (Qualifying positions 8th-14th). 3 remaining positions bump up from C-Final race result (1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively take 8th, 9th and 10th places on starting grid).

Final C - Minimum 5 Cars: Remaining drivers take positions from qualifying results (15th to 25th).

More finals can be run should the driver turnout increase, minimum amount of cars per final is 6.

NOTE ON FINALS FORMAT: It is proposed that all mains will have 7 direct qualified drivers based on the qualifying results. If there are 5 or fewer drivers in the subsequent lower main (B main or lower), then these drivers will automatically be bumped up to the next higher main. This means that the lower mains (B main and lower) will only be run if there are between 6-12 cars in that leg, of which the top 3 will bump up to the next higher main in order. This arrangement shall override the previous agreed points/trophy award. The eventual race winner shall be awarded full championship points and trophies, irrespective of which lower main(s) he might be starting from. Irrespective of any main final, there should be minimum 6 cars running, with a max capacity of 12 cars. Maximum capacity of 12 cars in the lower main will take precedence in the order.
