End of Year Fun Race 2018 -- Race 2 Registration
Dear All,
Registration for Fun Race 2 is now OPEN !
Race date:
09 December 2018
Venue:
Urban PlaySpace
Fortune Center Level 6B / 7
Class:
1) Vintage Mini
2) Super GT
Motor:
Non-Outlaw 17.5T or Tamiya TBLM 15.5T
(Max KV: 2600 -- Prior to race day we will tag the motor)
ESC:
Open (Must be in Blinky Mode)
Battery:
Max: 8.44V
Tires:
1) Vintage Mini
- Team Powers 32R (Pre-Glued)
Only Tagged tires that are purchase from Urban PlaySpace will be allowed to be use for the race
( available @ Urban PlaySpace for S$ 40 per set (U.P. S$ 45.90))
*Drivers DO NOT need to purchase new tires every race
2) Super GT
- Team Powers 34R (Pre-Glued)
Only Tagged tires that are purchase from Urban PlaySpace will be allowed to be use for the race
( available @ Urban PlaySpace for S$ 38 per set (U.P. S$ 42))
*Drivers DO NOT need to purchase new tires every race
Race Format:
Qualifying:
3x 5minutes run (Best 2 rounds to count)
Finals (All Mains):
3x 8minutes run (Best 2 rounds to count)
Race Fee:
1) S$ 25 (regardless how many class)
2) S$ 60 per class (Inclusive 1x Tamiya Bodyshell of your choice for the race)
At the end of each race, there will be trophies and luckydraw awarded.
Race Regulation:
1) Vintage Mini
- Only Tamiya 2WD M-Chassis is ALLOWED
(from M-01 to M-07)
- Only Tamiya Vintage Bodyshells are allowed (see attached list for NOT ALLOWED bodyshell)
(do drop us a PM if you are not sure if the vintage shell that you have is allowed)
- Max Allowed Pinion: 20T
- Minimum Weight: 1280g
- Front Lock Diff Not Allowed
- Other then Tires all other Parts must be Tamiya
*In the case of M07, Arion Rear Aluminum Upright is ALLOWED to allow the use of Short Wheel Base Body on the chassis
2) Super GT
- Only Tamiya Tub Chassis is Allowed
- Only Tamiya Bodyshell thats used in Actual Scale Race is Allowed (see attached list for NOT ALLOWED bodyshell)
(do drop us a PM if you are not sure if the shell that you have is allowed)
- Max Allowed Ratio:
1) For TT01/E -- 55T Spur / 25T Pinion (6.85)
2) For TT02 -- 68T Spur / 26T Pinion (6.80)
3) All other Tamiya Tub Chassis, Max ALLOWED RATIO: 7.00 (Spur n Pinion from other Manufacturer is allowed)
- Minimum Weight:
1) For TT01 / TT02 -- 1350g
2) All other Tamiya Tub Chassis -- 1380g
Drivers do take note that for each fun race if you are the Podium Finisher, there will be a Ratio and Weight Penalty for the next Fun Race that you take part.
*Special Tamiya promotions will be available for drivers interested to take part but do not own a car.

As per previously mentioned, the podium finisher of each Fun Race will be Subjected to Weight and Ratio Handicap for the Next Race that they race.
Handicap as per follows:
-- +30g of Weight on the Highest Point of the bodyshell
-- Pinion Gear -1T
