I just received an e-mail from BIBOY, and he was pretty upset that someone was accusing him of something he says he hasn't done.

I'm not taking sides here, but please don't make a statement like that without providing any details/facts over what happened.

Biboy happens to be one of the local guys who run with us. In the short span of time that I have known him, he has showed himself to be a well-grounded person and I learned he comes from a prominent family.

He purchased some items from me not too long ago amounting to about $1500.00 with no problems and/or hesitations about paying whatsoever.

Assuming for the sake of argument that these allegations are true, give us the details and I will try to help in any way possible to get things squared away.

BUT then again, without detailed facts supporting your (Kevin Santy) statements, all of these should be ignored!

Yes, he does pay well at the beginning.

He pays well at the start then begins issuing checks. which all end up in the trash can cuz there are no funds. Bad checks from this guy!!

I can ask people from the Internatioanl forums to post their gripes here if that's what Biboy wants. All he needs is to challenge my claim publicly and we can post a link at the international thread and have the people with gripes post here. but then, that might only make it worse.

Im not out to ruin anyone's rep intentionally, but only offering a warning to those interested in doing riskier transactions with him. That means, if he pays by check or iou's... watch out!

Come on guys..I understand your frustrations but you gotta understand if a buyer pays you check then wait until the check cleared before you send him the item...Everyone here knows that. If you dealt with him personally then ask him for cash for merchandise..This is easy to dealt with. You dont need to take it up here in the board for everyone to see. Plus it only happens when he pays personal check...So, if the seller send him the item before the check cleared then thats the sellers problem....
