Axiom Motors complaint
Hi all.
Just wanting to know if any fellow racers have had anything to do with AXIOM MOTORS?
I orded $550 worth of stuff off him, on the 30.5.008.
I havnt recieved it yet and no luck with him returning emails..
Can someone please shed some light on this subject for me..
My next step is to recover my money through fraud actions with my c/card company..
Dont want to do that..BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He does answer emails, at least he answered mine.
Shipping can be a bit slow at times, USPS in Portland doesn't seem to be among the swiftest carriers. I get items from A-Main in 2 days but it takes almost a week from Axiom due to the different postal services. It isn't Dave's fault.

Don't worry Dave will take care of you. Like others have stated, he's a stand up guy. He gets busy just like anyone else, just give him some time. His motors are definitely worth the wait.

He said in his response that your Hot Wire shipped that morning. Publicly slamming someone really sucks. I've never had any trouble with Axiom. Things will get worked out dude.

Go read the Axiom thread in the company section, you're not the first to have this problem. How is he publicly slamming the guy? Any of you posting that nonsense would feel EXACTLY like this guy if you shelled out $550 and now Dave wont return your emails. Hes doing the same thing to me right now. I have been going back and forth since May 7th on an order with him, so I finally resorted to posting what the deal is since he quit returning my emails as well. He seems to use the excuse, "Sorry, I have been at a race all weekend." A LOT! Well, thats fine but theres five other days of the week where business SHOULD be getting done and orders taken care of. If this is just a side job or a weekend venture for Dave then he needs to give it up because clearly he cant handle it.

I had a similar problem with Dave and Axiom. I placed my order on 5/21, my credit card was charged on 5/24, but my prduct did not ship until 6/3. I doubt it would have even shipped then if I hadn't been bugging Dave and reminded him that charging a credit card before he ships is in breach of his merchant agreeement. Here is the email string.

We do not sell anything that is not in stock.
