High traction arms
These are softer and more flexible than the box ( hard ) ones.
I had them installed on my Pro 4 and they feels great.

do they work better on some tracks and not on others? and do the break easly??

They r softer therefore break easier, just broke the front left one today. Had more serious crash in the past, never did it once break the box ones.
i'm not sure 100% but high traction arms where supposed to have more flexibility so they don't brake as carbon plastic as carbon plastic arms are not flexible at all.
i have them installled on my car, never broke any for 3 months now.. though before i've brone 1 carbon plastic arm.

Is it possible that Hara didn't do as well as i thought with the pro4 becuase he is used to driving a belt car? If you look at him now he's beating rheainhard no problem with his new car.
what rubber tires do you guys use? i put a brand spankers set of sorex 28's on to use at a meeting today.and on medium grip concrete,it destroyed both of the front tires with 3 heats and the final. i really would of thought that they would have lasted longer....

Barger:
Here's an update on my big race.
Did very well in GP but since this post is about pro4, will just center on this topic.
Qualifying was real bad. Was using 69spur/25pinion and my camber set-up was detroyed. Landed in Class B 7th on the Grid.
Fixed my camber up, and followed ur suggestion.
Geared my 10x2 V2 at 72spur/24pinion and I was flying.
1st finals, got 2nd all the way from 7th.
For the next 2 finals though, a few accidents made me finish 5th overall.
Good enough...I was pretty happy with the performance of the motor. Thanks for the advice.

Hernandez...Good to see you finally solved your problem...Glad I could help.
Set-Up for a Bumpy, Dusty Concrete Track
Can anyone help me with the setup of my car on the above mentioned track conditions? Currently, I use 50 wt shock oil on all 4 shocks; gold (stock) springs on the front and silver (stock) springs on the rear. I use Sorex 40R tires with red soft medium inserts. The track is quite technical. My car has ZERO kick-up and anti-squat. I use 2 degrees rear toe-in blocks and 2 degree caster. I seem to have a problem with rear traction. Steering seems to be fine. I use front one-way and no sway bars. How can I improve rear traction and the overall performance of the car?

My Pro 4 is ready to go for some practice this sunday for its virgin run...
I get mine on Friday or Saturday. Either gonna run it Saturday or Sunday If not I'll just run 12th scale my next meeting.
Anyone else here besides me & Axel run rubber tire carpet?

The guy I'm getting the car from says its dialed for carpet on rubber tires BUT it comes pictured with the spool & one-way included laying next to it, and he says/shows it comes with a spool, one-way & diff. A dialed rubber tire car with a front diff?
It comes with all the stuff and the seller has his stuff together so I'm not complaining about a poor deal (great deal assuming the drivetrain needs no/minimal work)...just curious if anyone else runs a diff on rubber?
