I have been asked to post the date for next years race.
dates will be FEB. 10TH TO 16TH 2008
the traction and tire wear problem has been fixed.

I wasn't there but it was a simple, but long process. Two days were spent draging full sized tires bolted together with some weight on top around the track using an ATV.
Last year we sealed the surface to try and preserve the asphalt. With use the sealer got rougher and rougher. You could feel how rough it was with your hands. The tire dragging has smoothed out the track again.

Count me in too for the 2008. Came in the 2004 and got a severe burn (was actually a redneck, redleg and red-whatever that wasn't covered with cloth).
Is quite stressful but... addictive just a full week of racing. When returned to home, cleaned and left for some time cars... was really hasted of them.
