I feel dead shocks are more consistent. The rebound helps with pack and rebound but personally I think this points out the fact your dampening is off. I could be wacko though.

We will also send you some when you change the spelling to "Corally" in your signature.

Carpet Racing
We just had an indoor carpet track opened here. How hard is it to set up for carpet using my current asphault car? Do I just slap some foams on it? LOL... I really don't want to invest alot since carpet tracks in FL don't last too long.

What. you dont think we watch the corally boards too?
Never know I might switch.
I can assure you the track will be here for a while. You guys just have to come race on it.
There is a big difference in owning a track to suppliment your business, and having a track that is here for people to enjoy.
The owner prefers offroad, he put it in to give people in florida a place to run on carpet year round.

If you want to do it cheap, buy the silver spring set, some foams, and try it out.
If you can do it. then chassis, top plate, shock towers and springs. Plus foams.
We run Jacos. double pink/orange double pink.
Oh yeah. might want to get a carpet body
protoform capet stratus, G6
or the body. parma alfa.

You can also just flip the shock collar so the flange is pointing up and not down

So, how do the HPI springs match up to the RDX springs. What color equals (roughly) each silver and black spring? Also, I see they have both 13x25mm springs and 13x27mm springs. Which ones are better to use? I'd guess the shorter, 25mm springs for carpet racing.
