The name of the track will be "Radio Control Hobbies and Raceway" or RCHR for short. I'll post a thread in the track locator forum sometime next month.

yup.

We are aiming for a track surface similar to Long Island Raceway and R/C Excitement - high bite/low tire wear.

I ran at RCE yesterday, traction was insane, and the best part, I dont spend an entire day cleaning my car as I do with my 1/8.

Location? Please say the northeast section of CT., I'm tired of driving 100+ miles to race.

Good luck on the track scrubb. Seems like lots more track options in connecticut lately.

As losing the track in Vegas, thats a shame, but if guys are not showing up on a race day to race, no suprise things didn't work out. Anyone ask the guys who were regulars who stopped attending why they did?

If you have to run with nitros now to find a track, but hate nitro fuel in general, see about picking up a 1/10 scale truck, convert it to brushless with the 8000mah lipo and give it a whirl.

If its a 1/8 scale track, a brushless 1/8 conversion can work nice.

Default Lake Havasu R/C Track

Hey everyone, we've got great racing here in lake havasu city az. We're only 2hrs from vegas. The track is located right on the water and we have concrete pit tables full lighting for night racing and a new drivers stand. Right now we're running gas and electric 1/10th and 1/8th scale buggies and trucks. We have an amb system with autoscore and support personal transponders...its great racing and you can't get any better than being 25 feet from the beach. We're racing on Saturdays at 11am for the winter season...hope you all can make it down!
