Default Entry Form

hey

Brent did have an Entry form at the last club race with most of the details on it.

The basics.

TC mod, 19t and stk ( cannot enter mod and Stk?)
Pancar 19t
Novice

Practise Friday evening til ~10pm
track opens @8am Sat morning. 3 quals-IFMAR
track opens @8am. 4th qualy (time permitting) and Triple A's for TC (and possibly for pancar???)

There will be some tables available, so if you have room bring one, and if you don't...don't worry about it.

The race will be held in a local church which happens to have a youth group willing to cook for us on whole weekend. (Last I heard anyway!)

Here is the big thing...we have brand NEW CARPET!!!!
That's right, nice new carpet to race on, only has three racedays on it.

Hopefully this gives you an idea about the event. Hope to see you there. Brent will post track open time for Friday and detailed schedule for the weekend soon.

Default entry form

The entry form will be posted shortly after Brent sees that I made a long post about the race...he's been working lately.

It should be soon.

Ok, dumb question for the day.

On Friday, Feb 25th, what time do we go to setup and practice? 7am or 7pm? Just trying to find out so I know what days to book off work.

Thanx guys.

There will also be a 12th scale class 19t- locked endbell motors.

Hey Dave. I believe it's 7pm, but I would like to see if we can get in earlier to set up and that way those that make the trip up Friday for practice will ahve lots of time to do so. I also have a track layout I'd like to see if we can try

yeah we are going to try really hard to get to this event.
If we are though, it'll be after work on Friday, and a speedy drive out....
hopefully the weather/wives/girlfriends/bosses etc all play along with the plan !!

Default RACE UPDATE!

Just a few update and clarification items reguarding our big race......

All classes as listed in the first post. 4 cars minimum required for a class to be run. 1/12th Scale will be 19 Turn, locked endbell motors only. Same goes for 19 Turn TC.

TC Mod will have a 10 Turn motor limit. If you are running in TC Mod, you cannot run in TC Stock aswell. You may run in TC 19 Turn however.

The 1/10 scale Pan Car Class will be 19 Turn motors only, as outlined in the rules in which the TVRCRC racers use in their respected Pro-10 Series. If a great number of 1/10th scale Pan Cars were to show up, then we could look into forming another class, based on a decided motor.

Citrus Based Traction Compound Only Please. Most of us use Racer's Choice TQ8.

There will be Concors so warm up those airbrushes.........

Practice and sign-up will begin on the Friday around 7:00. The building will be open in the latter part of the afternoon but for the setting up of the track and related equipement only.

Track opens on both Saturday and Sunday for practice at 8:00am for about 1 1/2 hours.

Please remember to bring extension cords as recepticles are minimal.

The Church Youth Group will be serving hot foods, chips, pop etc. More details on the menu in the next week or so.

ACCOMMODATIONS All of the following are for a room with 2 double beds for one night. They are also 2-5 min. walking distance from the Gym were we race.....no word of a lie! We are right in the middle of a Tourist section.
