take a mallet and lightly tap around the whole area around the flywheel.. not too hard.. and not in just one spot.. it will eventually come off.. do not pry off

The sport uses a threaded on Flywheel, tap it with a mallet will not do anything. You have to lock the crankshaft and use some channel locks to unthread it, regular left loosey thread.

even after taking off the nut the fly wheel can stil be stuck on the cone washer under, the mallet trick will work or ive used the small battery terminal puller for full sized cars,.

yes.. you can use a puller also.. you need to purchase an ofna flywheel wrench.. or carefully hold it with channel locks and a towel... and take the nut off..

ok.. I think I understand now.. I've never seen a threaded on flywheel.. are you sure.. if it is true.. use some after run oil.. take out the glow plug.. look in the exhaust port and make sure the piston is close.. not at... top dead center.. and fill the combustion chamber with the after run oil.. then replace the plug.. you are now hydrolocked and can apply a wrench to the crank.. I use this method when I don't have a flywheel wrench available..
