Tire Balanceing
#5
You might laugh at this but heres what worked pretty good for balanceing my tires and thats using your front carrier without the axle bone just the bearings and the axle cup . Make sure the bearings are clean and free and oil them them up there will be some back forth play . Make sure your axle cup is not to wared out though. But this method works give it a try its a El Cheapo but effective way to balance the tires !
And for sure you will notice a diffrence when balanceing the tires for sure if your running Truggy tires its really noticeble for sure !

Try running with a set of balanced wheels and a set of unbalanced wheels, you will noticed a difference how much smoother it runs with balanced wheels.
The imbalance on touring car tires is so slight but very noticeable at high speeds since these are smaller diameter tires and need to rotate at higher rpm compared to truggy tires.
Although the only drawback on balanced wheel for off-road, as the tires gets clogged up, the balance is off anyways. If you are running a clay or clean track surfaces, balanced wheels do make a big difference.

This post is a good occasion to have some feedback on 1/8 wheel balancers on the market. These are the ones I know, I just don't know which one to choose

How often do you balance your tires? The foam moves inside the tire sometimes no?
