spooky

I just did a "buy now" on a nib Tamiya T93 Lola car. Still debating on whether or not to build and run it or not. Eh, I'm a CART fan. What can I say... The Ofna car is supposed to be really fast! This should give you wood. http://www.colt.com.tw/e/c.htm

psycho, ya...i think so too...rather than trying to find parts or figuring out how to fit the engine in the F103 cars....why not just get the Ofna gas car...

i might get the Kyosho F1 if i still see one around...i think its looks more realistic compare to the ofna one...(the body)

TFR

I think I will build the car. I found some Target/Ganassi Racing stickers at my LHS, so I might make it a Target car. Do you really want to know what I paid for it? It will make you sick! It was $55 and the guy had a "buy it now" thing, so I couldn't pass that up! I was looking at that auction for the two CART cars, but then I saw this one new, so it was an easy decision. I'm not much of an IRL fan either. Left hand turns are boring, but it is cool when they go 5 wide on a super speedway. There's also lot's more passing than in CART, but I like road courses. Kenny Brack came from IRL, so they can produce good drivers.

Sweet! Once you get yours, get it put together and run it, please let us know how it goes. The group I race with have all been talking about getting them next year. I heard FG's instructions aren't too good, but their US distributor has great customer service.

Are the lanes at CP wide enough to race 1/5? Never been there, but I read somewhere it was designed for 1/8.

I started looking into it a couple months ago. With all the cool stuff like disk brakes and the competition engine, it's around $1600. But they are so fricken cool!
