Yes Jason, let us know how you compete with the nitros! This is typical of my track, we are running with the nitros and some are very fast.

I use a Tekin RS with 184 software, an LRP 10.5 and EnerG cells. I have an LRP SPX in my BMI 12RR, and htat works well too with an LRP X11 10.5 motor. I'd recommend either speedo, but the Tekin is just a bit smaller and easier to install.

Thoroughly recommend the BMI DB10R - mine is good to drive, consistent and fast. HTH

Are any of you guys running a single cell lipo setup in your cars (1/10th or 1/12th) if so how do they compare to 4cell nimh? At the track where I race we are running 4cell nimh but good packs are getting hard to find.

I used a set of JACO lilacs at the weekend and have just bought a set of CRC 'spec' tyres (with the strip in them). What can I expect will be the differance between the 2 sets and what changes could I epect to do to the chassis when using the CRC tyres over the JACO's? Thanks for the help guys, the local club runs a really tight schedule with hardly any time between heats, so if I make the changes before I get to the club, that would help on the night you see! Cheers, Chris.

Ok folks it's that time of the month to meet up at Crystal Park Raceway. If you have debating if you should go and take your pan car out of the closet, well make it this weekend. Bring what you have, lets just have fun. If not enough pan car guys show, will be put in with a touring class so don't worry about not being able to participate. If your driving skills are not up to par, well mines are not up to par either just having fun. Remember unfortunately next month we will not have a meeting at Crystal Park as nitro racing is going on and took our spot. If you still cannot make this weekends race hit me up if you can make it any other weekend for some bashing/practice time and will meet up.

Here is the flyer for this Saturday's race so bring your pan car, touring, nitro.

One of the nitro guys I see at the track running an electric touring car
