I just finished getting my F104 Exotek built back up with a shorty lipo. I was just curious what kind of weight bias front to rear people had. I will be racing on carpet and right now it looks like 57% of the weight is on the rear and the rest on the front.

Here's the insides of my Wolf WR1. Everything look in order? This is my first F1 car. I tried to keep it tidy.

Remove the white ziptie near the motor. The wires need to be able to move so they don't tweak the rear pod.

Put a rubber oring on top of the nut in the damper disc stem. Keeps that nut from backing out by itself.

Good suggestions. Thanks! In fact in two nights of running it on carpet and the local track I'd ready experienced the nut backing out. Will do on all.

That zip tie is already on a solder splice so it really isn't going to affect the tweak in the least. However I would suggest replacing out all the wire with a good 16awg wire.

Wasn't that a project the Redbull team come up with if there were no rules in F1?

I think thats the aim of it, they designed it for Gran Turismo 5 and I believe made a wooden model of it for display purposes.
