The harness that came with the packs will Do to join the packs together (+ and - of each pack) then just make up 2 charge wires each with banana plug ends to plug into the other sides of your packs (the left over positive goes to red on your charger and the left over negative on the other battery goes to the black on your charger) that will be enough to charge them, just plug into your charger and charge at 5.2 amps on 2 cell, you can charge those packs at 10.4 but I found when I used to run those same packs that they swelled quickly so I'd stick with 5.2 amps.

I would recommend every 5th charge or so, charging them individually ie hook up one battery only straight to (+) red and (-) negative on each pack and chage at 5.2 amps 1 cell, this will charge the packs on there own and balance your packs when there linked up.....

Cheers Justin
