Default On ALL tracks, never

Outdoor real dirt tracks will favour RM, especially mid summer when it is impossible to keep the water in it. Or, at tracks that have 4wd SC and 8th scales on the same track as 10th scale buggies. All that dirt gets stirred up real good by those big boys.

Our fastest driver layed down his B5M for qualifiers but could not touch his B5's pace at end of the day Mains conditions. Everyone runs RM outdoors. Companies that don't offer a RM option in our neck of the woods will lose a customer to someone that does, or they will just keep their older car running forever as their outdoors car.

Rear motor is way more forgiving on setups. If your off with a mm your in trouble. I'm just as fast or faster than the mm I race against.

At the track we usually run, our 2WD SCT hero was much faster last weekend with his 17.5 SC5M than with his Pro 2WD SC10. But the track was torn up and reconfigured 2 weeks ago, so it has higher grip than usual. My youngest boy is a little faster on medium grip, way faster on high grip with his new mid motor than he was with rear motor also.

Yep. narrower setup window. But if it's in the pocket, look out!
