Yes I asure you I will be attending the state race. I sold my 9.5 to one of my buddies, he is hooking this thing up. He got some killer novarossi for it dont remember the number on the engine but it is novarossi's top of the line, he got that rex pipe also for it. So needless to say we have another competitor at dougs, it may take him a couple of weeks to get use to it but once he gets the hang of 1/8 we all better watch out. He also will be coming to the state race. Are you racing at dougs this weekend?

Now that's a funny question. Doug's is probably under 6 feet of water and more rain to come.
But seriously I was not planning on racing this weekend. I want to get the buggy ready for the State race.
John did awright this weekend up there. He came in second in the A-main.
I guess I'll see you up there for the state race and then again maybe not.

Yeah everything is cool, To be brutally honest with you I just wasnt in the mood this past weekend to race, had a bad week last week at work, another thing is I ordered a rex p5 last week and havent gotten it yet. Jimmy said he can get them in about a week now. How did you and John make out? Hopefully you guys did well. I'll be at Dougs this weekend racing. Also what new engine did you get? I know you told me but I forgot

actually, it depended on what time of the day it was. for saturday he ran the vzb because the new clutch and flywheel was to small for his starter box to reach and on sunday he ran the squeezed vz01 with the OD head.

Yep, I had to run the VZ-B on saturday. I went home that night and fixed the clearance problem with the fioroni flywheel. Ran the V01 on sunday and it had some very nice punch with the 4 point. I just ordered a 2 point to try it out and see how insane it gets. I rather have a bit more punch to work the infield than top end speed anyway.
