Well, at least you'll have a chance to own a TMF adaptor and lots more......all my xxxs stuff is going up for sale. I'm aiming to open my own business so it's time to concentrate only on what I need to keep racing.

Default chassis

I am looking to buy 2 maybe 3 graphite plus chassis. I know some members on here had some, bur not sure if they still do. I have searched various online places, but no luck. I’m looking for new or good condition (no stripped holes, cracked chassis). Also on a side note, I have an APO address so shipping is just like in the states using USPS.

Thanks,

Patrick

Default chassis

Found a new one just waiting to hear back from them. Still looking for another one if someone is willing to sell it.

Thank you,

Patrick

Default XXXS Speed car

I figured out my problem. The aluminum pinion had a small burr on it. Replaced the pinion with a new 45tooth and 86 spur. It ran great with no problem. Got 96mph out of it on 3s w/ a Castle 7700. Didnt want to push it to the limit.
I came across a huge lot of parts, graphite chassis roller and plastic car roller. Right now I have 2 speed cars, a 68 VTA Camaro, a drift car and a regular on road race car. I'm in the process of building a 65 Shelby GT350. Might hang on to the regular chasiss for parts and get rid of most of the graphite chassis. Thanks for your help.

Gentlemen,

I need a set of replacement shocks for my xxx-s and would like to get something with threaded shock bodies and that have a good seal...

I didn't find any original shocks from losi during my search, so I guess i'll have to get a differant brand...

Anyone have a good recomendation...

Thanks for your time,

I saw three complete sets and a zillion springs sell on ebay for $35 the other day. If you can't wait for them, I'd buy these:

Hey guys,

I'm working on a custom touring car.. and I'm in need of the belt length of the xxx-s.. I'm looking for the length of the blue or yellow xxx-s belt. I know the xxx-4 yellow belt is 259T.. but I need the length of the xxx-s belt so see if it will work on my project before I buy one..

On the yellow belt I have seen pictures of markings on the belt that show 200-0230. But I don't know if this is really an indication of how many teeth their are on the belt. 230T makes sense..but if anyone could confirm this that would be great..

I bought a yellow belt thinking it was for a XXX-s as a spare (out of package) but it is 259T. I have a black belt in the car, and I have an extra black belt coming via ebay so I'll check it when it gets here.

After a bit of looking I found that the black belt is 777mm long... so divide that by 3.. and I got that the black belt is 259T as well..

Sounds like the Yellow xxx-s g+ belt and the stock blue xxx-s belts are shorter than the black belt.. so those are the belts I'm needing dimensions for.. thanks though.

Be careful, the newer yellow belt may actually be for the XXX-4 buggy. It is longer than the original xxxs yellow belt. Both the black belt and the xxx4 belt require the longer belt tensioner with the black delrin roller. The xxx4 belt is now the easiest of the bunch to find.

The black belt is exactly the same length as the 259t yellow belt. I now have parts coming out my ears on this car.

Search the FS thread, with some key words related to this, I did this and found some old threads... there was one guy I pm'd and he got back to me, but I never bought it from him, ended up scoring two NIP adapters elsewhere. I may have deleted the pm's but I would look on your own, as I say there were some people that had them. Since getting one I have been happily running the car into oblivion ....
