Actually, I don't even follow my own advice. Call it lazyness. I just grab with some good pliers and tighten. If he gets the snake, he may have to sell after one tank like someone we know Eddie, I'll pick up a couple MC59's for you. Can we call it an even trade on the battery? I'll give it to my bro to give to you on Sat. Won't be able to make it.

Hey, gentleman81, don't take it the wrong way. It's just that every post can't be a tip or an advice. Once in a while when someone has a question, they ask and they get an answer. Consider the chat as passing the time along till the weekend. There are alot of helpful people on here and if you ask you will receive. Have fun and good luck.

Yup, the pillow balls. Not the pivot balls for the suspension. These push into the shock eyelets and a screw goes through them. They are used through out the car.

Default Threadlock is ok but....

don't thread-lock on many things, you may regret.
Just make sure you use REMOVABLE thread lock, not permenant.

Like me.. I had a Serpent before. What I am doing right now is getting some tips and trick, e.g. adjustment, set-up, engine tuning from Mytsn.com website..and apply on my MTX-3.. Haha... Serpent is doing all the R/D on RC, but couldn't make sales........

Default Cancer Benefit race this weekend

By the way, for anyone in the Carson, Ca area (or points beyond)
there is a two day race this weekend to raise money for (I believe) The American Cancer Society. The race will be held in the Carson Mall parking lot (not bad for a temp track either) sponsered by the Greater Los Angeles R\C racing club. The guy running it is Glen, you can reach him @ 213-434-3340 for info.

Default motors

i know that the hottest thing i see going now is the five port nova, i know its fire on the track, if not too much for short tracks but any way, is the mugen kit with the mr 12 worth it, or is it best to get another motor?

Serpent is the Ideal car, but it is not practical. A piece of wishborn is approx $9. And left and right are not interchangable! A steering block is $8 each! Also, there are pretty hard to find parts at local hobby shops.!!!
