Will that be paired to the RSX?

Would like to see the results and recommendations on this. I have a 5800 in my 22SCT that would be a fun spin in this buggy

I'd put my D413 on the scale and it is 1754 grams. pretty light for a wheeler

Raising and lowering the front hinge pin equally changes the roll center.
Lowering the hinge pin makes the chassis roll more which will give the car more steering mid corner to exit, but it also takes some of the initial steering away and makes it smoother. Raising the hinge pin makes more initial steering and less in the middle of the corner. Raising the front (ff) only of the hinge pin increases kick up and gives more off power steering and less on power steering. One of the cool things this car has is that you can adjust front arm sweep by spacing the hinge pin holders differently on the front of the car. Sweeping the arms forward will give you more initial steering and less coming out, and sweeping the arms back has the opposite effect, this is something that I would suggest everyone play with, it is a really cool tuning option that we have.

Thats great to know about the arm sweep, I was wondering if that was tunable and what each way does. I guess you have to re-check your front toe after adjusting that though.

After having a Tekin charger back in the 90s and an RS Pro some years ago, I'd love to go Tekin again, but distribution in Germany nowadays seems to be focused on 8th scale stuff only. The RSX is way overpriced hereabouts at 245 euros (around USD 340), while even relatively expensive ESCs like Team Orion are available at around 160 euros. Tekin Pro2 motors are not avalable at all...

Nontheless, I am very interested in the results of your test!

I've kind of always wondered, not having looked at the pro2 closely, what is the difference between the pro2 and the pro4 at a technical level, and on how it performs? I know the 2/4 is the marketing designation for what vehicle it is designed for, and what size shaft comes out of it is different, but that's not really helpful in the way I generally think of things.

We have two major dealers in Germany who can get our full line of products. Dark Products in Essen and In-Racing in Gaimersheim.

the rotor size is different. pro2 uses 16.5mm diameter rotor, pro4 use 18.5mm with 5mm shaft.
comparing with regular 12.3-12.5mm rotor in normal cars.

Wonder what the IFMAR and ROAR rules are on this motor/application for a wheeler?
Please chime in if anyone might know. I personally have no idea nor do I run any ROAR/IFMAR races, just curious.

Please report back on how this does. The Pro 2 motors are exactly what I'm interested in putting in the D413.
