No they fit in slots smooth like butter. No binding, exact tolerances. I use additionally some grease (3racing silver grease) on all my cars. But it's not necessary at all.

As stated, no issues, even in the Exotek Spools of the TB series they run smooth and true.

Lol I'm not reading through all that. Google helped. I'm not sure why people don't just answer questions opposed to trying to get more people onto a certain thread with thousands of comments.

So just how good is the MS car in comparison to the 4xx's? I ask because I still have my TA07 Pro and I'm considering upgrading it with the Exotek RS7 conversion in order compete against my growing collection of great TC's. What I'm really wondering is how does the mid motor position power delivery compare to the equal belt length mid cars. Does the single belt with the motor in the mid position provide a similar performance/feel to the 2 belt mid cars?

Hey,

can anyone share a setup for low-med grip asphalt.

car felt good but not as fast as my 419.. my 419 is more agile changing directions. TA07ms rear felt good.. and is easy to drive... mmm any ideas. i will love to compete with this beauty.

Default Low Friction Belt

Can anyone please tell me if the white low friction belt is thinner than the standard belt?

Thanks,

FF: 05E
FR:05E
RF: 1XA
RR: 1D

I tested with RF 1X , and RR 1E .... but this don't make any difference in how quick car changes direction o how many direction I have....

2,5-2,8 xray front 2,7 rear springs...
450 oil
4000 diff
I think everything else is box set-up..

I was considering the the same thing . I had a fully hopped up R and actually bought the MS but them sold it . Instead I got the Exotek conversion and the HK top deck . I think that is the best way to go if you already have an R . My exotek is good in carpet or asphalt same set up .
You just want to change the center pulley changing out the 18 .
