my ntc3 would have been great for this.. until i made it a rally car lol. now everything is sloppy and shitty.
if im ever down in the cali area ill totally have to check this out. id buy a G4JS for it for sure. can you get ARTR nitro cars? chassis and motor?

2. HPI VINTAGE TA BODIES ONLY. The bodies must be painted to depicted full out race cars. (other company bodies will be added to the list shortly)
3.HPI VINTAGE WHEELS AND TIRES ONLY (stock insert must be used)
4. RTR CARS MUST USE THE FACTORY INSTALLED ENGINE (if you happen to blow your engine you must replace it with the same type of engine or you may replace it with a .12 engine (must retail for under $160.00)

NITRO TRANS AM OPEN
1. Any 4WD Nitro Chassis

Exactly, GT stand for Grand Touring. Some would sat GT is a acronym for Grand Turismo/Grand Touring. So you are right. 
My fellow racers are focused on racing Nitro Cars that are the scaled down versions of the full size racing cars.
We love the aesthetics and realism of these car just as much as we like the performance and precision of these chassis.
Racers with HB R10's, Mugen MT-X's, Xray's etc want to race these Real looking cars too! Nitro Trans Am OPEN & Nitro GT OPEN is where the 26mm Rubber Hit's The Road.
