Where do these go on a TB-03 and what do they do?(Precision Bearing Holder)

this goes on the shaft.... holds the bearing and lets it slide into the motor mount.

it says it right in the description.

looks like propeller shaft bearing holder. how effective is that compares to the original holder, not sure

I saw the description but I wasn't quite getting sure where on the motor mount it attaches to or what it did. Is it necessary?

The thing that gets me, for so cheap why didn't they just include it in the kit?

Now that I think about it, is it the spur gear bearing?

Yes, it goes on the "spur gear shaft". It's needed when running more power than a Mabuchi and will not get sloppy any time soon.
