Hey just curious. I am running the same servo, but how did you mount it. It looks like you have moved the holes out on the chassis. I mounted with lots of spacers. I ended up shaving the servo a bit to get the clearance with the bell crank.

ohh...shtzzz
I blacked out my one Photon. I think it looks sweet. Mike Owens did a great job on the black. I polished the rear dogbones to a mirror finish too.
hmm....dare I saw a limited edition version...

macdude or Larry. Is that an H6040 Heli servo? I noticed that servo just the other day when browsing for a fast servo with good torque. It was a really good price for the specs, even if it is a little big and heavy. I don't suspect there is any reason one can't use an aircraft or heli servo, but since I'm new to all this I can't be certain of much.
Thanks

Yes its the heli servo and it works great, and has awesome specs for the price. The other cool thing is the gears are all metal. Typically there is at least one plastic gear in other "metal gear" servo's even the more expensive ones. The only thing that is a pain is the servo ears are little further back than a typical car servo. So getting it to work in the chassis is a little bit of a pain. But I think it works great. Only other complaint is the lead is really long. I had to shorten it.
