Joe SI:

Sand the chassis
Apply 2 layers of Faskolor Airbrush paint
Apply 1 layer of CA

I take an antenna tube, cut it at a 45 deg angle (so you have an old 'ink pencil') dip it in the paint (or CA) and stripe it along the carbon

Regards Robert

If I remember correctly there is no difference between the V2 and V3 dogbone. The V3 axle has four universal pin holes vs two in the V2. Everything is interchangable between V2 and V3, and the factory does not label any of those parts with a version number anymore

Measuring rear toe-in with Hudy set-up table there are 2 degrees at left side and 3 degrees at right side. I am not the only one with this problem. I think this is a wrong hole made into the left side chasis, a mistake in the carbon chasis production. I have compared with a Photon EX from a friend and he has also the same problem.

I think the problem is not on the chassis but on the rear hubs. They are drilled in the wrong way which means they are like 0.5 off. So left is -0.5 and right is +0.5, thus the 1.0 difference. The new ones (version 2) have the same problem. I just use more shims in the rear rear left side and my car is fine, with still a difference of 0.3-0.5.
Just put another shim and forget about it.
This can also happen to hot bodies or tamiya (I dont know about yokomo, it was not popular in greece since the bd7).

Please tell us how you resolve this problem. Are you talking about the plastic rear hub carriers?

Thanks

PD: I have had 2 Tamiyas touring cars before , TRF415MSX and TRF416X and no problem of this kind at all.
