There have been past races with him were they say track was in great condition but still found somthing to complain about. Rich has black cloud over his head yes he is responisble for it.

I get it, as I said I have my issue with him, I just hate that know one really wants to be honest in here, they want to creat thread about track conditions when it has nothing to due with it. I told Rich Taylor last night on phone I dont care what you do or did not due they came to the race with there mind made up already they dont like you. I have had sevral old racer tell me I be back when Rich leaves. Great how about making stand now and try to find solutions to these issues. You will find I am not hear to bs I will tell it like it is. Truth. I am sorry as Adults we can not find solutions to simple problems. In my oppinon kicking some one out is not solution. We all have failed if thats what this is going to come down to. Thats my feelings

I don't think Danny or anyone else would drive 400 miles from L.A. with thier mind made up about the race..... He was obviously disapointed in what happened over the weekend.

William,

First beer and now it's champagne? Oowee.....

As long as we're not getting into the stiff drinks I think we'll be ok.

Oh, and Casey, I simply meant spending a few hundred dollars on the racing event itself. I know very well the cost of back up engines, chassis, servos, etc.... I know to some they could easily spend 3k on this race investing in back up machines, and other support equipment.

I'm just glad to see what I believe is a movement in the right direction. Racers just need to come together to keep the hobby survive, and when the economy gets better... grow!

I've only raced once in Vegas, still being somewhat new to the hobby. I really enjoyed the first race that was held in 2008 (what was that, January? February?)

My question is... Is anyone planning a winter race for early 2009 there? If so, I'd like to know so I can get it on my calendar. I'm very sad I couldn't attend this most recent race due to work.

My one other question is... Reading this thread (I've read every post) only makes me want to see the community come back together. Sometimes an argument like this can be healthy and people can re-group stronger. Having said that, sometimes offenses and hard feelings run deep enough that recovery is not possible. Time will tell which way this turns out. I just know that I want to come race there in the next few months.
