Thumbs up

These parts are to raise the rear of the body for more downforce.
Seems there is no need to change back from a DOME to a T530 in future when the track needs tons of brakepower and is far away from "high-bite" YES!!! .....

his a-arm is shorter and allows you to run it in the outer hole in the bulkhead. This change should give the car more rear side bite, though additional rear camber gain.
One I tried it the other way...(FM-506 with the long adjustable part and not the one included in FM-405) ...what a waste of time!!

Looks like Kyosho knows what to do...HIHI

Aaron,

Is there a link to any of your setups or any info regarding your 05 evolva.I just bought one and want to get all the tips that I can. Its all stock right now, what hop ups do you use? And it comes with spektrum servos and reciever, should I get better servos for it I never heard of those. And is that new parma body a good overall body for the tracks around here, Mentor, toledo, cinci. Thanks in advance and good luck in Florida.

Try: empireracing.com for setups and some really SWEET hopups.

or kyoshoamerica.com for the factory driver setups.

The rear swaybar kit, front belt tensioner, and front hangers (05) from Empire are the bomb. As far as servos, Get a high torque, high speed digital for the steering, and a high torque digital for the throttle/brake servo. The Kyosho 'DOME' body and the Parma R10 (same as the DOME) are the two bodies that work best w/ this car.

NO doubt G

The season would not be filled with flavor if it were not for the things that this RC game puts us through. We will have a great season. I went by FBF and the track is still in good condition. Track treatment before bad weather but all that aside the place was neat and clean. I wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR and a kick ass 2007 race season. Looking forward to this next race. Marshalls ready, Drivers ready in less than 5 OH sorry I was day dream typing.........LMAO.......... My car is ready my radio is ready see you early Sat I hope as per our phone convo...(I/J)

Hey whynot...

Glad to hear you dumped the snake and picked up a Kyosho.

I don't know much about the spektrum servos, the new spektrum micro recievers work really well. I run JR 8800s's in both the throtle and steering.

All my setups are on the empire website.

The kit car is really good, on high/moderate bite like Toledo and Ft. Myer's you really don't need to do too much to the car.

Kyosho upgrades that I like
CVD's front especially, rears are nice too but not required
SP lightweight 2-speed one way and front one-way, nice but not required
APP Brakeset (must have, best brakes around)
SP belts, all the soft belts are great and improve the drive train significantly
Sirio pipe and header (really nice)

Empire rear sway bar, very nice, expensive, but very nice, top notch stuff
The blade sway bar has alot of play in it

The empire cross brace is nice too, but not required

Kyosho uprades that are nice but not required
Alum front body posts
Mono engine block
Carbide shock shafts

The Parma R10 IMO is the best body out there, the dome is a close second

For the parking lot tracks you might find a few other things handy
Delta rear roll center blocks I believe they are 9mm high
Empire front suspenstion hangars the lowest and longest
Mugen clear shock bladders
Delta Wide Offset front axles

All these things will make the car turn more on low bite, but nothing beats soft tires. We played with really soft fronts all year for the parking lot races, which really makes the car turn.

Happy Holidays
