When can we pre-order one????
This would make a great "Spec" class with the car being RTR and very limited or no changes so it is truely a drivers class...
What a SWEET car and idea... And as usual from Serpent..

Please keep the price lower then USD $999.99 please.....(J/K) Does $599.99 (less engine) make sence..? I kinda think it might be around that price tag. Not too bad for a nicely engineered (and craftmanship) collectable car.
I collected a brand new Veteq 02, might as well collect this one too....
Does anyone know 2WD required a high traction (fully prepped track) in order to run..? I heard when the IMPACT were running 2WD, if the track condition is less then HIGH...it is undrivable....correct me if I am wrong.

The Impact in 2wd form was very much driveable even in low bite conditions. With the right tires, proper diff setup, and proper car setup, it drives quite well.
I know the 1/5th racers prefer not to run on surfaces treated with VHT or other compounds. Maybe this F1 car will 'agree' with the 1/5th guys.
Doug, this thing looks nice, hope we can get some soon.
