Why? Get the aluminum insers and you should be good to go... much lighter too.

I head the sportwerks diff cups fit.

simply put, if you do not have a decent CNC machine, your parts wont move. (sell) Your tolerances will be completely different from part to part.

You are looking at about 20,000 new and 5 grand for something that is used and still accurate.

I have had no probs but a lot of other people have, you are quick to give your 2 cents "NIK". The inserts have nothing to do with what I was referring to.

sorry "BOOST", but I guess im just not understanding what your trying to say. In the eight-t thread you seemed to be referring to people having the diff cups wearing out and the spider gears getting destroyed. In this case the aluminum diff cups for the sportwerks buggy should help people who had this problem. I also remember reading there was a third party company making aluminum diff cups on neobuggy, but I could be wrong.

I could not tell weather you wanted the cases or the cups, and since at first I thought you meant cases, I suggested the inserts witch you seem to already have.

Sorry if it seems like I didnt go over my own post well enough, im only trying to help, and the way you worded you posts here and in the eight-t thread made it hard for me to understand.

I think non symetrical is COOL!

Maybe a half Truck, half buggy body!

I meant to write cups instead of cases...my bad I have edited that.
I said nothing about planetary gears getting destroyed just the cups.

Thanks.

Some of the parts are in the designing stage as we speak. Prototype parts will be tested soon.
