Default Help me make my tamiya Mini Quicker!!!

Hi Guys,

I have a Tamiya Mini M03-L. Im currently running the standard motor that came with it, but Im upgrading the motor to a Tamiya Sports Tuned 540. (I must use this for my Mini Class Racing)

I have modified the following:

1) Added Full ball bearing set.
2) Added Carbon Geart Shafts
3) Added Motor heat sink.

Q) Will the Tamiya Sports Tuned show a considerable increase?

What else can I do to make it run quicker? I want speed.

Please help

Many thanks,

Josh.

Josh - Stop posting questions all over the site, you have been given good advice in the aussie thread, you have got the right gear for a beginner, just get used to controlling the car as it is, set up a little course in a local parking lot or basketball court, until you can control the car well.

Then come down to the track and we can all answer your questions in a matter of minutes.

If you drove it over a really big cliff.....
It might get up to around 130mph.
